Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    5.0.0 SR12 FP5
    .
    The special processing of mapped buffer is only required for IBM
    platforms like AIX and zOS. For Linux, we can directly use the
    Oracle code, so removing that piece of code
    .
    To obtain the fix:
    Install build 20110520 or later
