  Problem Description:
  AD agent process since the moment it was created it consumes
  between 10% and 20% of CPU and it makes the LSASS process to
  have the same performance and behaviour.
  
  
  
  Detailed Recreation Procedure for no data in forest topology :
  1.Create topology more than 100 GC's.
  2.Open the task manager where agent is installed, k3zcma.exe
  consuming more than 10-20% of CPU usages for long time
