Local fix

Problem summary

• One thread in the JVM attempts to patch an instruction that
  crosses a cache line while an execution thread is executing that
  instruction and only sees the first half of the update.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  5.0.0 SR13
  .
  The JIT has been updated to insure that patched instruction in
  question is aligned so it does not cross a cache line.
  .
  To obtain the fix:
  Install build 20101118 or later
