  • The issue can be worked around by running with -Xjit:disableGRA.
    

Problem summary

  • The JIT compiler intermittently incorrectly assigns registers
    when generating the code for a switch statement (lookuptable).
    

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    5.0.0 SR13
    6.0.0 SR10
    .
    The JIT compiler has been updated to address the incorrect
    register assignment.

    To obtain the fix:
    Install build 20101118 or later
