Problem summary


    

  • The JVM hangs when generating a javacore under load. A deadlock
happens when writing the monitor section of a javacore.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • This defect will be fixed in:
6.0.0 SR9
5.0.0 SR13
.
The JVM has been updated to prevent a deadlock when generating a
javacore.
.
To obtain the fix:
Install build 20100923 or later
