Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem happens during the JVM portlibrary shutdown when the
  portLibrary attempts to use services of the thread library in a
  thread that has NOT been attached, i.e., registered, with the
  thread library.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  5.0.0 SR13
  6.0.0 SR9
  .
   The JVM has been updated to ensure the thread on which
  portlibrary shutdown is occurring has been attached to the
  thread library, therefore ensuring that the shutdown function
  can use thread library functions without crashing.
  .
  To obtain the fix:
  Install build 20100917 or later
