Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem is caused when
  java.util.logging.Logger.getHandlers() method is invoked in a
  multi-thread environment.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  6.0.0 SR9
  .
  Logger class has been updated to prevent such a NPE to be
  thrown.
  .
  To obtain the fix:
  Install build 20100907 or later
