Local fix
Problem summary
To display Frame Title correctly, the property should be encoded as STRING or COMPOUND_TEXT. On Java 50 for zOS, the property does not encoded properly for some locales.
Problem conclusion
This defect will be fixed in: 5.0.0 SR12 FP3 . JVM is updated to encode the Frame Title property as COMPOUND_TEXT for all locales. . To obtain the fix: Install build 20101120 or later
