Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem is caused by slow performance of a heavily used
  system call on heavily loaded z/OS systems.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  5.0.0 SR13
  6.0.0 SR9
  .
    The JVM has been updated to use a different system call and a
  more efficient algorithm.
  .
  To obtain the fix:
  Install build 20100819 or later
