Error description

  • Error Message: On 32 bit JVMs, the user limit information in
    javacore (introduced in Java 6 SR6 and Java 5 SR11) is
    incorrect.
    The user limit section is only available in JVMs running on UNIX
    platforms.

Local fix

Problem summary

  • The problem is caused by the ulimit data being incorrectly
    formatted in 32 bit JVMs.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    6.0.0 SR8
    5.0.0 SR12
    .
    The JVM has been updated to correct the formatting of user limit
    data in javacore.
    .
    To obtain the fix:
    Install build 20100124 or later
