Error description

  • If you install WebSphere Service Registry and Repository (WSRR)
on windows, using DB2 9.7 with a db2 instance owner and user,
and then deploy WSRR with a windows userid which is not the
same as the db2 userid, install fails with:

Local fix

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • Only the user which created the database had authority to create
schemas. The code has been modified to allow the db user to
create the schemas.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • This fix is expected in 7.0.0.3
