This issue can be worked around by using the -Xjit:disableAllocationInlining option, which may incur a slight performance degradation in some applications.
The problem is caused by a rare case in the JIT while inlining object allocations.
This defect will be fixed in: 6.0.0 SR8 5.0.0 SR12 . More conservative checks are added in place to prevent the failing scenario. . To obtain the fix: Install build 20100217 or later
