Problem summary

• If a URIResolver returns a mix of different Source types when
  preparing a stylesheet and its imports and includes, a
  StackOverflowError (if SystemIds are not set) or circular
  definition error may occur.  This is because when converting a
  Source to an InputSource, in the case of StreamSource, the
  XMLReader on the parser is not set.
