IZ78456: NO FQDN WHEN USING IPV6

Error description

• Error Message: When an IBM i system is configured to use IPv6,
  the InetAddress.getLocalHost().getHostName() call never returns
  the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN).
  Conversely, when an IBM i system is configured to use IPv4, the
  FQDN is correctly returned.

Local fix

• Use an IPv4 configuration on IBM i.
  

Problem summary

• The problem is caused by the Inet6AddressImpl.getLocalHostName()
  API. When run on IBM i, the native method uses the wrong logic
  to retrieve the FQDN.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  5.0.0 SR12
  .
  The Inet6AddressImpl.getLocalHostName() API has been updated for
  IBM i to make a better attempt at retrieving a FQDN.
  .
  To obtain the fix:
  Install build 20091223 or later
