Local fix

Problem summary

• When using HTTPS and Client side verification with IE the
  certificates are stored in the Windows built in Key store.
  This is accessed via the MSCAPI. Plugin code was missing some
  additional capabilities to get this work with IBMs JSSE
  provider.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  6.0.0 SR9
  .
  Plugin code has been modified to address the reported issue
  .
  To obtain the fix:
  Install build 20100918 or later
