Problem summary

• IBM Java requires the empty HashMap to be initialized with
  minimum values else the key generation algorithm fails.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:

  Changes have been made to initialize the HashMap with minimum
  required values so the algorithm works without any problem.
  .
  To obtain the fix:
  Install build 20100431 or later
