Problem summary

• SURNAME, SN, TITLE, and T distinguished name
  attributes
  
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  
  Within the PKCS AVA.java class there are a few cases where more
  than one string maps to the
  same "attribute OID".  For example, SURNAME and SN.  Also, TITLE
  and T.
  The ordering of these attribute definitions within AVA.java can
  determine how a
  distinguished name that contains one of these attributes will be
  displayed.  For example:
  
  T=Private Person, EMAILADDRESS=john.doe@abc.com,
  SERIALNUMBER=10100713470000262530, GIVENNAME=John,
  SURNAME=Doe
  TEST, CN=Joe Doe TEST, C=US
  
  or
  
  TITLE=Private Person, EMAILADDRESS=john.doe@abc.com,
