Problem summary

• Activating a WSRR configuration profile containing a Governance
  Policy Validator (GPV) configuration using at least one
  PluginAssertion that refers to a class included in a plug-in JAR
  fails with the following error messages:
  
  There was an error attempting to activate the selected profile.
  GSR0719E: An error occurred while attempting to load the
  supplied governance policy file.
  GSR1500E: Governance Policy Validator XML Validation error.
  PluginAssertion: null. Plug-in class <CLASS_NAME> could not be
  loaded. Ensure that it is available within a PLUGIN_JAR library.
  

Problem conclusion

• The profile validation code was using an incorrect class loader
  instance to validate the governance policy. The code has now
  been modified to ensure the correct class loader is used.
  
  This fix is planned for inclusion in WSRR v6.3 fix pack 3 and
  WSRR v7.0 fix pack 2.
  

Temporary fix

Comments

• This APAR is closely related to APAR IZ66823 and both APARs
  should be obtained to ensure this issue is resolved when both
  loading and activating a WSRR configuration profile.
