IZ67501: AIXAA collector: STOPONSTEPFAILURE DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The AIXAA input stage does not stop if an input file is missing
  even when the StopOnStepFailure parameter is set.
  
  The AIXAA Collector Job file xml has following elements coded:
  stopOnStepFailure="true"
  stopOnProcessFailure="true"
  
  However, when message "AUCCM5007E The following file cannot be
  found and is required for processing..." is received, the job
  file does not stop processing.  Instead, the next step is
  executed.
  

Local fix

• There is no local work around for this issue.
  
  The solution is to down load the Fix Pack. Note that this fix
  will be made available on TUAM 7.1.2.1 only and not on previous
  versions.
  

Problem summary

• The issue was that the StopOnStepFailure parameter was not being
  handled correctly by the AIXAA input stage.
  

Problem conclusion

• Update the Integrator code to handle the StopOnStepFailure
  parameter when files are missing.
  

Temporary fix

• A Fix Pack is being created  which includes a resolution to the
  problem.  This fix will only be available to the TUAM 7.1.2.1
  release, and not on previous versions.
  The maintenance package is labelled 7.1.2-TIV-TUAM-FP0002 and
  may be down loaded via Fix Central from the following location:
