Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem reported is SSB 4486841 fix which is implemented
  only in NIO converter side by Sun.
  Under this SSB Sun have masked various UTF8 illegal sequences.
  Basically Sun fixed this Sun Security Bulletin in NIO side only,
  as by default for Sun NIO converters will be used for string
  conversions.
  For IBM, IO converters will be used for string conversions.
  Under this Sun Security Bulletin basically Sun have masked
  illegal UTF8 byte sequences. So, we need to fix the same thing
  in IO converter side too.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  1.4.2 SR13 FP5
  5.0.0 SR11 FP2
  6.0.0 SR8
  .
  The reported issue got resolved by masking the illegal UTF8 Byte
  Sequences in IO converter side.

  To obtain the fix:
  Install build 20100129 or later
