IZ64609: NEED TO ADD FEATURE TO ALLOW WHAT YOU SPECIFY IN RATECODE IF AN IDENTIFIER THEN THAT 'VALUE' IDENTIFIER WILL RATE/RESOURCE NAME

Error description

• In the legacy CIMS version 4.3, if the customer coded:
  
  RSField1=Manual_Trans_Count RATECODE(AdminFee_Rate_Code)
  and AdminFee_Rate_Code value was 'XXXXXXXX'  and
  Manual_Trans_Count value was '1' then the CSR record would look
  like:
  (some identifiers)..........................,1,XXXXXXXX,"1"
  
  The customer could have over 400 records and the 'VALUE' of
  the identifier 'AdminFee_Rate_code' could be anything from
  'AAAAAAAA' to 'ZZZZZZZZ'.
  
  In CIMS v4.3 this was a 'FEATURE' that if what you specified in
  RATECODE (zzzzz) was an identifier then the 'VALUE' of that
  identifier would become the Rate / Resource name.
  
  The problem is that this feature no longer exists in TUAM 7.1.x.

• A temporary fix can be dsitributed via Limited Availability Fix.
  Please contact your support team to avail of this fix.
  

Problem summary

• This functionality has been encorporated into a new integrator
  stage in TUAM 7.1.3.
