    German as the default system locale is German. Changing the
    parser locale to English has no affect.

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    5.0.0 SR11
    .
    JDK has been updated with the XML4J 4.4.18 which has fix for
    this issue.

    Install build 20090826 or later
