Local fix

Problem summary

• Improper conversion with Cp924 for Hex characters -
  AD,BD,8C,5A,AC,4F  characters
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  5.0.0 SR11
  .
  The  mapping tables for the Cp924 consisted of null values for
  AD, BD , 8C characters and incorrect values for
  5A,AC,4F characters
  So the output for the above mentioned characters were not
  correct.
  The complete mapping tables for the codepage Cp924 were obtained
  from the GCoC team the correct Converter values in
  the mapping tables were modified for the above mentioned
  characters. With this changes, all the above mentioned
  characters were converted correctly.

  To obtain the fix:
  Install build 20090829 or later
