IZ54470: DUPERED SITUATION NEVER TURNS FALSE AFTER BEING TRUE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• For Duper'ed situations we fail to generate a FALSE condition
  properly and this results in our inability to turn a once TRUE
  situation to a FALSE.  The problem only occurs when the results
  list has at least one TRUE result but the results for at least
  one other situation is FALSE.  This "mixing" of results data for
  the original situations causes us to evaluate each row
  independently and when a condition is false, we generate the
  FALSE condition improperly leaving out the originnode.
  

Local fix

• Until the defect is corrected CMS_DUPER=NO can be specified to
  disable duperization.
  

Problem summary

• Once a situation that has been dupered turns TRUE, it will not
  turn FALSE until all original situations of the duper have also
  turned FALSE.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified code to allow dupered situations to bypass an access
  list check so that they can be processed properly.
