Error description
Scenarios have been discovered where messages continue to be written to the queue manager error log, even when specified in the SuppressMessage stanza attribute.

**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: Users wishing to suppress messages using the SuppressMessage and SuppressInterval QMErrorLog settings in the qm.ini file. Platforms affected: All Distributed (iSeries, all Unix and Windows) **************************************************************** PROBLEM SUMMARY: A scenario has been discovered where the SuppressMessage stanza attribute was not analysed and only the ExcludeMessage stanza attribute was checked when determining whether a messages was to be displayed.
Problem conclusion
