Create a new situation against the TEMS in the situation editor 2. Specify the "Universal messages" in the attribute group section 3. Distribute the situation to the *ALL_CMS 5. When situation becomes True, the CPU for TEMS process 'kdsmain' significantly increases To reproduce the 2) problem 1) Create a situation containing 'Compare Time to a time' function 2) Situation fails to start on the agent ***********************************************************
