IZ39785: Progress indicators for reorg indexes and runstats.

Error description

• The db2pd utility now has two new options:
  -reorg index
  -runstats
  
  These new options will display the progress and the status of
  reorg (including an online reorg) and runstats.
  
  For example:
  
  db2pd -db <dbname> -reorg
  - displays only table reorg info
  
  db2pd -db <dbname> -reorg index
  - displays both table and index reorg info
  
  db2pd -db <dbname> -runstats
  - displays both table and index runstats info
  
  Here is a sample output for reorg monitoring:
