APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a userid in SYSADM group longer than 8 character is used,
  the following SEVERE messages are logged in the db2diag.log.
  This is just a information message indicating unexpected length
  in the userid. So, the security group plugin (IBMOSgroups)
  should be logging an INFO message NOT a SEVERE error.
