IZ22905: SUN.NIO.CH.FILEDISPATCHER.PRECLOSE() NOT WORKING ON AIX

Error description

• Error Message: Customer has initially reported a problem where
  SocketChannel.close()
  is continuing the socket to be in CLOSE_WAIT state and never
  gets cleaned up. Later,
  identified that Sun.nio.ch.FileDispatcher.preClose()is not
  working on AIX.

  Stack Trace: N/A
  .
  The FileDispatacher.preClose() was not working only on AIX and
  working fine
  on other platforms like Windows and Linux. This is resolved is
  now resolved on AIX
  also by this APAR.

• This defect will be fixed in:
  5.0.0 SR9
  1.4.2 SR12 (AIX)
  .
  The FileDispatacher.preClose() was not working only on AIX and
  working fine on other platforms like Windows and Linux. This is
  now resolved on AIX also.

  To obtain the fix:
  Install build 20080732 or later
