Error description
RTT 6.1.0 installation for management agents and management server is not supported on Windows 2008. This fix provides a patch for the base installation media to enable the 6.1.0 RTT product to install on Windows 2008. Impact: When attempting to install on Windows 2008, the installer will generate a message saying that the platform is not supported. Solution: Follow the instructions in the README on how to patch the 6.1.0 installation media to allow the installation on Windows 2008. Limitations: The following monitoring components are not supported on Windows 2008. Web Response Monitoring (WRM) Synthetic Transactions (STI)
