• sm3ctl script is not handling the stop and start of the manager
  client properly
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Problem is sm3ctl script does not always stop the Manager Client
  properly.
  
  This does not affect ITCAM for RT6.2, which is the upgrade path
  for the product.
  

Problem conclusion

Temporary fix

• Change 'grep KEGC_Client' to 'grep Client.jar' in the sm3ctl
  script
