  Problem Description:
  
  Tep client allows the MS_offline to be distrbuted to managed
  systems other than *HUB. The ms_offline situation should only be
  distributed to *HUB.
  

Local fix

• If an MS_Offline is distributed to the remote tems or any
  managed system other than *HUB. Use the situation editor in the
  tep client to undistribute MS_offline situaitons from those
  managed systems.
  

Problem summary

• If you open the
  tep client situation editor and select the
  TEMS node in the situation editor tree,
  then select the MS_offline situatio and go to
  the distriution page there are managed
  systems in the available list that
  can be assignd other than the
  *HUB MSL.
  

Problem conclusion

• Restricted
  any situation predicate which uses
  attributes from the INODESTS table
  to be restricted to *HUB distribution
  only.
