during installation message indicates that .net framework 1.1 or higher is required. Customer has .net v2.0 but Spotlight + will Not work with it. It appear to be checking specifically for 1.1. Needs to accept higher versions of .net
Local fix
Make the necessary changes to allow Spotlight+ to work with .net framework 2.0
