Error description

  • Customer provided Google scenario described in SR 1-56728651.

"Go to google and search for "chickenchicken". Once that return
list is there, give the search window focus and add "chicken"
without spaces (so nothing is found). Repeat several times -
you'll see a transaction concatenate. Note, a significant
amount of time can occur between the first result and the
    typing/enter-key for the next request."

Problem summary

  • Our eChamps application has a name-address search - the user can
    hit
enter, and the system will come back with a list or an error.

    re-initiate the
search may not start a new transaction, resulting in one long
transaction. For a similar example, go to google and search for

Problem conclusion

  • "As we have stated before, this is improved but may not be
    completely
resolved due to the intermittent nature of the problem."
