Local fix

Problem summary

  • A new cache implementation for rmic makes any loaded class to
    refer to the cache, saving the cost of initialization each time.
    During loading of any class, rmic ignores the execution failures
    in static code block of that class and any such failure will
    result in an empty cache entry. All future references to this
    class will point to cache with an unset value which makes the
    rmic to wait until someone sets it.

Problem conclusion

  • The JRE has been updated to set the rmic cache entry for every
    class before it loads.
