Local fix

  • The IBM specific IDL files are present in the JRE\lib dir and
can be looked up from this location

Problem summary

  • IDL files (orb.idl and ir.idl) are expected to be in the JAVA 7
SDK\lib dir, but they are not present

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
7.0.0 SR3
6.0.1 SR4
.
 The ORB composition script has been updated, to copy the IDL
files present in the JRE\lib directory to the SDK\lib directory.
