Error description

• Error Message: Unable to delete jar file being used by
  java.net.URLClassLaoder even after calling close() on it.

Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem is caused when jar files passed as classpath to
  java.net.URLClassLoader are being deleted
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been modified to remember the jar files processed by
  java.net.URLClassLoader which are closed promptly in
  java.net.URLClassLoader.close()
  .
  This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
     7    SR10 FP10 (7.0.10.10)
     8    SR4 FP10  (8.0.4.10)
     7 R1 SR4 FP10  (7.1.4.10)
