IV98397: RETENTION LOG PROPERTY FOR SENSOR IS NOT WORKING

Error description

• The props "com.ibm.taddm.log.split.retention.sensors" is not
  working for sensors' log cleanup. The timer for cleanup of
  sensors' log was getting destroyed whenever the Discovery gets
  finished. So, Move the timer task of cleanup for sensor in the
  Discovery Manager.
