Error description

  • When the "Due Within" SLA on the SAM record contains minutes as
    well (for example: 4 Hr 30 Minutes), the minutes component (30
    minutes) is getting truncated when this value is being applied
    to the related Work Task i.e. Only 4 Hour is considered as the
    total Working period instead of 4 Hour 30 Minutes.

  • THe platform was only considering whole number hours, not the
    decimal (0.5) portion.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Resolved an issue where calculation for working hoursfrom
    duration ignores minutes and seconds part.
    This is targeted to the 1h2017 release.
