IV96774: THE "DUE WITHIN" CALCULATIONS FROM SLA ON THE SAM RECORD OF A SERVICE AGREEMENT DOES NOT TAKE MINUTES INTO CONSIDERATION.

When the "Due Within" SLA on the SAM record contains minutes as well (for example: 4 Hr 30 Minutes), the minutes component (30 minutes) is getting truncated when this value is being applied to the related Work Task i.e. Only 4 Hour is considered as the total Working period instead of 4 Hour 30 Minutes.
THe platform was only considering whole number hours, not the decimal (0.5) portion.
Resolved an issue where calculation for working hoursfrom duration ignores minutes and seconds part. This is targeted to the 1h2017 release.
