• platform/application version: 10.5.2/3.5.2
  
  Please check OOB functionality on the 'Initial Liability
  Carryover'
  field.
  In the case of both operating (see Lease ID 1000468) and
  Capital (see
  Lease ID 1000473), when a value is entered in this field the
  ROU Asset
  in the future accounting schedules are not reduced at Day 1.
  What should happen: Day 1 ROU = Day 1 LL + IDCs - Initial
  Liability
  Carryover
  What is happening in KLT currently: Day 1 ROU = Day 1 LL + IDCs
  The balance entered in this field, should get pulled into the
  Day 1 ROU
  Asset balance and it currently does not.
  If this field is functioning per OOB, then we need to raise
  this to IBM
  to fix. It is critical for ensuring that the transition to the
  new
  standard is accounted for correctly.

Problem conclusion

• Initial Carryover Balance is not applied to new accounting
  schedules, if you leases created on or after look back period,
  now initial carryover balance will be applied to

  This is targeted to the 1h2017 Application/OM release.
