Error description

• If you make a field required, like description.  And you copy
  and paste spaces from a Word document into the description, you
  will be able to submit the request.  And now you have a record,
  where the description is blank but yet required.
  
  If you attempt to create a request with a description where you
  manually enter the spaces, it will not let you submit
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Any text field value containing spaces and carriage return will
  be considered as empty.
  

Problem conclusion

• Text field with only spaces and/or carriage return will be
  considered as empty and will fail the required field
  validation, if applicable fir the field.
  This is targeted to the 1h2017 release.
