DESCRIPTION: Query Generates multiple SQL statements translating UOM for every line of report when user is in British English . Problem description and business impact Report template ID: 136651 executes the exact same SQL over 3000 times.

Problem summary
Report Runtime engine needs to make a call to get UOM data from cache, not query the database.
Problem conclusion
UOM values used in Queries/Reports are now read from cache. Before, they would be queried from the database, leading to a slight performance hit. This is targeted to the 1h2017 release.
