Error description
The PlanDelete operation that is triggered immediatly after the planman resync is slow on Oracle. This is slow because it is not performed in chuncks and then could cause table lock escalation. This in turn could cause deadlocks/timeouts, because in this phase the mirroring event processing is restarting. This has been seen only in large customer environment (>100.000 jobs per day).
