IV93315: PATH TO DOCUMENT MANAGER IMAGE INSTEAD OF ACTUAL IMAGE SHOWN WHEN USE AUTOCOMPLETE FEATURE OF LOCATOR FIELDS

Error description

• If you have...
  a record that has an image attached to it,
     a query that shows records of this type and
       includes the image field, and
     a form that uses this query as a part of a locator
       field query
  you can see the following problem when you try to bring the
  record into the form:
  
    If you type in the first few characters of the
    name of the record you want to bring in
     (use TRIRIGA's auto-complete feature to get a quick
     drop-down list of potential matches without clicking the
     picker)
    the results that appear do not display an image where the
    image should be shown.  Instead, a Document Manager path
    appears.
  
   If you click the picker, the query results displays the image
   in the image column, as expected.
  
  An example of where this problem can be seen is in Request
  Central.  If you start a Building-related request (e.g. an
  Equipment/Furniture request) and type in the first few
  letters of a building that has an image into the 'Location'
  field, the drop-down list that results from the
  type-ahead/autocomplete will show something like
  //Company-1/file1486750771538.jpg in the 'Image' column. If
  instead of using the type-ahead/autocomplete, you click the
  picker, the expected image will appear in the 'Image' column.
  

Local fix

• If an image is part of what you are needing the see when
  selecting a locator field value within a form, use the picker
  instead of TRIRIGA's type-ahead / autocomplete feature.
  

Problem summary

• Issue is overzellous HTML Escaping stripped the image source
  from the result search.
  

Problem conclusion

• Images within locator queries to be displayed as a path string
  rather than an image has been resolved.
  This is targeted to the 1h2017 release.
