Error description

• TRIRIGA CAD Integrator Smart Attach allowed a user to attach
  Spaces to a Property or Building instead of to a Floor causing
  orphan spaces.  This occurs if you first try to upload to the
  Property or Building and get a failure message.  Then return to
  Smart Attach and try again.

Problem summary

• Issue is that smart attach did not implement any of the same
  validation that the attach drawing dialog did to validate that
  the user selected valid data to attach. Now validate in both
  places, and the user can no longer accidentally attach to a
  property with the default application definition accidentally
  can cause weird behavior anymore. Also smart attach will now
  validate all 3 known validation issues, like attach drawing
  dialog did.
  

Problem conclusion

• Update Smart Attach when attaching to validate the following 3
  conditions: The user selected a record in the tree to attach
  to, the user selected the record of the correct type based on
  the application definition, e.g. Floor in the default
  application definition, and the user selected an unattached
  floor.  If the user does not do this, the Smart Attach dialog
  will not let the user attach, and let the user know with a
  message what the reason is on the dialog.
  This is targeted to the 1h2017 release.
