Problem summary


    

  • An RUI (or SLI) application can get an incorrect return code of
UNSUCCESSFUL, INVALID_PROCESS following a mainframe outage when
the application is retrying regularly. The LU cannot be reused
until the node is restarted. This only occurs in a small race
condition using a DLUR LU over and HPR/IP link.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Code has been corrected to prevent this race condition and
therefor this failure.
