Error description

• Launching a record by clicking the link for a record in the
  tabular section of a metric report throws an error. This was
  reported for the French language and might impact other
  localized users and non-localized users.
  On this users home page, click on "Indicateurs" link in the
  second portal section on the left.  On the metric scorecard
  click on the first (note there are 2, you want the first)
  Nombre de demandes link.
  Then click on any of the records returned in the table format
  on the lower right.  The system opens a window but throws a mid
  error that correlates to:

Problem summary

• For metric tabular report drill through links to correctly
  display and open a record when clicked, the first column of the
  metric tabular report must represent the record id of the
  record to be opened. The System Record ID is an example one
  such field that can be added as the first column.
  

Problem conclusion

• On a metric report scorecard, opening a record view the tabular
  query at the bottom results in error without the System Record
  ID included in the query.
