Error description

  • A first mouse click is necessary to 'activate' further clicks
on the TRIRIGA interface. That is, after a first innocuous
click, something else is loaded into the browser that makes the
system to respond on further mouse clicks.
    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Click on Requests
    2. Click on Requests Pending Approval section
    3. Click on the Escalate Action.
Notice you have to click the action once to set focus, than a
second time to open the window.

Local fix

  • Click twice to open the window

Problem summary

  • Reports in Portal needed an extra call to enable the portal
section to be clickable on the first click.

Problem conclusion

  • All portal section action buttons, which are expected to open
popup windows, now only take one click to open the popup
    window.
This is targeted to the 1h2017 release.
