Problem summary

• This is caused by getSystemClassLoader() incorrectly showing the
  java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException as the cause of
  java/lang/Error where java.security.AccessControlException is
  the actual cause.
  

Problem conclusion

• ClassLoader.getSystemClassLoader() is updated to throw
  java/lang/Error with the correct cause
  java.security.AccessControlException
  .
