Error description
If you enter a value into a number field that has no UOM, then without clicking anywhere else or tab away, but rather click on a different record tab, when you then return to the original tab the value that you entered into the number field has been cleared. Steps to reproduce: 1. Log in 2. Go to Home - Portfolio - Locations 3. Click New - Retail Location 4. Enter a name and a value on a non-UOM field - DO NOT LEAVE THE FIELD! (Parking Spaces for instance) 5. Navigate to another tab in the record. 6. Get back to the General tab, the value is reset to 0.
Local fix
There is no workaround but to input the numbers again and hit save before going to another record tab.
Problem summary
Regression cause by Platform validation of percent fields does not work correctly when a custom mask including the % is used.
Problem conclusion
Fixed an issue where numeric fields were not being saved after tabbing through different sections of a Tririga form. This is targeted to the 2h2016 modification release
